Three-quarters of young donors in a recent survey said their biggest frustration with charity Web sites was that many are not designed to be used with a smartphone or tablet.
Tthe video interviews of donors produced as part of that survey—an annual report by Achieve, a fundraising consulting firm—support those findings.
